Terms of use

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The Georgian version (eula.ka.md) and this English version say the same thing. If they ever differ, the Georgian text is the one we wrote first.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Gamaxsene on a device you own.

The app is licensed, not sold — copyright stays with us.

What you may not do

• Decompile, reverse-engineer or recover the source code

• Rent, sell or sublicense the app

• Circumvent its security mechanisms

• Send bulk or automated requests

• Enter another person's data without their consent

Health — please read this

Gamaxsene is not a medical device.

Cycle tracking and predictions are informational and supportive. They:

• are not a method of contraception

• are not a tool for planning or diagnosing pregnancy

• do not replace your doctor

A prediction is an estimate based on your past entries and may be wrong. Make any health decision together with a doctor.

Reminders — what we do not promise

The app delivers reminders through the operating system. A notification may be late or may not arrive at all — for example when the phone is off, Low Power Mode is on, or notifications are blocked.

Do not rely on this app alone for anything critical (medication, a medical procedure).

AI answers

The app uses a language model to understand Georgian phrases. The model may be wrong — it can misread a time, a date or the meaning.

A saved reminder is always visible and editable — check it.

Subscription

Paid features are unlocked through an App Store subscription.

• Apple processes the payment

• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours

before the end of the period

• To cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions

• Refunds follow Apple's rules, not ours

Termination

We may stop providing the app or part of it. In that case we will give you a reasonable period to export your data.

You may delete your account and the app at any time.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run without interruption, be free of errors, or suit your particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the app during the last 12 months.

We are not liable for lost profits, a missed reminder, or indirect damages.

This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to life and health — such limits are not permitted by law.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Georgia.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United States, you keep any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your home country or state.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the app will tell you and ask for your consent again.
